Mujer perdió más de 45 kilos sin hacer ejercicio y revolucionó las redes

La joven de 25 años explicó que logró perder todo ese peso gracias a que se sometió a una dieta cetogénica.

Una joven estadounidense de nombre Kristina ha revolucionado las redes sociales al contar su testimonio sobre cómo logró perder 45 kilos de peso sin la necesidad del ejercicio.

La joven de 25 años explicó que logró perder todo ese peso gracias a que se sometió a una dieta cetogénica, la cual consiste en ser baja en carbohidratos y alta en grasas buenas (aguacate, aceite de oliva, coco, etc.), obligando de esta manera al organismo a que queme esa grasa para transformarla en energía. Con dicho sistema, el organismo se ve en la obligación de transformar esa grasa en energía, a través de un proceso metabólico llamado cetosis.

En medio de su relato, Kristina contó además que durante el primer año sólo se centró en cambiar su forma de comer, dijo que caminaba un poco de su casa a la universidad, y a veces hacía yoga, pero dos años después y con muchos kilos menos, se ha inscrito en un gimnasio donde hace un poco de cardio y pesas para conseguir el cuerpo que siempre ha deseado.

Old Me *hated* physical activity (lmao clearly). Today, I can't wait to get the gym after work — moving my body just feels good! I like feeling strong. I like feeling capable.
